Dr Mir Abdulhay Baha was born on 23rd July 1974 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He completed his early education at the prestigious Habibia High School, graduating in 1992. Pursuing his passion for medicine, he graduated from Kabul University of Medical Sciences in 1999. Driven by his dedication to improving patient care, he further specialised in Otolaryngology (E.N.T), completing his residency and specialisation programme at Maiwand Teaching Hospital in 2008.
Dr Baha’s professional journey spans more than two decades of remarkable service and contributions to the field of E.N.T. For 17 years, he worked as an accomplished E.N.T specialist and surgeon in Kabul. Alongside his clinical practice, he shared his expertise as a lecturer in E.N.T at various renowned private medical colleges, where he played a pivotal role in educating and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals.
In 2016, Dr Baha joined Ariana Hospital, where he has been serving as an E.N.T specialist and surgeon. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Head of the E.N.T Department, where he has been instrumental in enhancing the quality of care and introducing innovative techniques. His leadership and dedication have significantly contributed to the hospital’s reputation as a centre of excellence for E.N.T care.
